Forms collect the name, email, company, message, selected briefing topics, and acknowledgements you provide. The form’s page, scenario, and campaign parameters are stored with a request when present. Campaign parameters are held temporarily in this browser tab for up to 30 minutes so the team can understand which link led to your enquiry. Please do not submit patient data, confidential protocols, or sensitive documents.
How requests are handled
Requests are stored in the site’s database and are available to the configured owner in the private team inbox. Contacting the team does not create an operational account or an RFQ. Newsletter consent is separate and optional. Newsletter requests await email confirmation; email sending is not currently connected.
Security and technical information
To limit abuse, the intake records a short-lived hashed network identifier and the browser’s user-agent description. Platform hosting and sign-in services may process their own technical logs. The site does not currently add advertising pixels or third-party marketing trackers.

You can contact the team to request access, correction, or removal of information you submitted. A personal email link supports newsletter confirmation, topic changes, and unsubscribe when delivery is connected. Unsubscribing suppresses future newsletter delivery.
